Meet our team

The success of Sozo Children wouldn’t be possible without our passionate, faith-led team across two continents. From our US-based founders through to our many incredible team members in Uganda, we work together to give children a brighter, better future through God.

U.S. team:Our US-based team comprises our 'HQ' and admin teams, including our various coordinators, financial team, and marketing experts. All finances and overhead management of projects are carried out through our US-based office in Birmingham, Alabama.
Ugandan Team:Our Ugandan team is an active and vital part of our mission and provides local care and assistance to ensure our projects remain on-track and our children are cared for. From our managers to our social workers, to our caregivers, everyone works with the same passion for achieving our goals and vision.
